Basic Life Support Training
The Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers Course is intended for licensed and non-licensed healthcare professionals. In this course the student will learn CPR skills for helping victims of all ages; including, providing ventilation with a barrier device, a bag-mask device with oxygen, use of an automated external defibrillator (AED) and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction. Upon successful completion the certification card will be presented to each student and is valid for two years.
First Aid Training
The First Aid course is intended for childcare workers whose job requires a pediatric-specific first aid completion card. This course provides the skills to effectively assess and maintain a child's life in the critical minutes following an emergency situation until the arrival of emergency service personnel. This course features the new guidelines and covers all state-required modules, including Child Care Specific Topics, General Principles, Medical Emergencies, Injury Emergencies, and Environmental Emergencies. Additionally, CPR and AED for Adults, Children, and Infants will be covered. Upon successful completion, the certification card will be presented to each student and is valid for two years.
ACLS Training
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) builds upon the foundation of Basic Life Support (BLS) with concepts aimed at preventing cardiac arrest and improving cardiac arrest outcomes. The student will learn management of the airway and what drug to administer during cardiac arrest conditions. Also the student will practice running hands-on mega codes and discover best practices to improve the quality of recovery in a post-arrest patient. Upon successful completion the certification card will be presented to each student and is valid for two years.
PALS Training
The Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) course builds upon the foundation of Basic Life Support (BLS) with concepts aimed at preventing cardiac arrest and improving cardiac arrest outcomes for children. Fire Safety Training
This course is intended to teach students fire safety techniques used to reduce the destruction of fire. The information can be used in everyday life occurrences. Upon successful completion the certification will be presented to each student and is valid for two years.
Heartsaver CPR AED Training
Heartsaver CPR AED is intended for anyone with limited or no medical training. In this course the student will learn CPR skills for helping victims of all ages; including, providing ventilation with a barrier device, a bag-mask device with oxygen, use of an automated external defibrillator (AED) and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction. Upon successful completion the certification card will be presented to each student and is valid for two years.
